Yes, you can close an existing patio/porch, and no, it does not have to be a complete addition.

Once a customer signs a contract it takes about 5-9 weeks to build a sunroom.

Yes, a building permit is required and we take care of the building permit for the customer.

We carry a 2 year warranty on our labor and the manufacturer has 10 years on the roof.

Yes, we stand confidently behind our work and offer a two year labor warranty.

All our sunrooms are custom made to your desired size or shape.
